Our gap, our focus
For decades, neurodivergence has been viewed through a male-centric lens, leaving a massive population of girls overlooked. To survive in a neurotypical world, many neurodiverse girls rely on "masking", camouflaging their true traits to blend in. This constant effort often leads to exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout just as they step into independent adult life.
At Brown Rice Livelihood Foundation, we sit precisely at this gap. We believe the turning point begins when a young girl discovers she is not alone. We provide a neuro-affirming space that combines cognitive empowerment, professional assessment, and a supportive community so our girls can break internal barriers and lead the next generation.
"Every petal is unique. Identity is the root, community is the soil, connection is the light. Together, we empower growth — this is where the bloom begins."
Petal method
Petal wraps each girl in practical support, starting with safety and ending with confidence she can carry into daily life.
