About Us

Discover Brown Rice

Empowering a hidden demographic to break internal barriers and build independent, healthy, and connected lives.

Our Mission

Unlock potential through an integrated ecosystem

To unlock potential, enhance adaptability and enable successful life transitions for neurodivergent girls aged 15-25, through an integrated ecosystem of empowerment, education, professional support and community built on evidence and accessible to all regardless of income.

Who We Are

A Hong Kong foundation focused on a hidden demographic

Brown Rice Livelihood Foundation Limited, known by its program brand Petal, is a Hong Kong charitable foundation registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (IRD Ref No. 91/13427).

Our singular mission is to empower neurodivergent girls aged 15 to 25 to break internal barriers and build independent, healthy, and connected lives. Brown Rice focuses on this specific age group because they represent a hidden demographic that is systematically underestimated and neglected by mainstream support structures. We are here to change that narrative.
